Patient satisfaction is a
hallmark of the ASC industry. One reason for high patient
satisfaction is convenient scheduling. According to a survey
conducted by the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association (FASA),
75% of ASCs started more than 80% of their cases on time. Our
surgery center is highly efficient and our customers appreciate
being discharged efficiently to recover
in the privacy of their home. Patients also choose ASCs for their
high level of professionalism and safety. FASA's survey shows that
over 50% of ASCs had fewer than three complications per 100,000
encounters.
We strive to go above and

providing quality care to our patients. We benchmark different
specialty areas through national organizations such as FASA and
through our own quality assurance program to ensure we are exceeding
