Take I-25 south
Exit Harmony Road (Exit #265)
Turn right – head west 2.4 miles
Turn left on Snow Mesa Drive
Take your first right (sign - Urgent Care)
Then turn left into parking lot enter building at the portico for Urgent Care / Ambulatory
Care Center and take elevator to 2nd floor

From the South (Longmont/Loveland)

Take I-25 north
Exit Harmony Road (Exit #265)
Turn left – head west 2.4 miles
Turn left on Snow Mesa Drive
Take your first right (sign - Urgent Care)
Then turn left into parking lot enter building at the portico for Urgent Care / Ambulatory
Care Center and take elevator to 2nd floor

From the East (Greeley)

Take US-34 west to I-25 north
Exit Harmony Road (Exit #265)
Turn left – head west 2.4 miles
